Rusty Savoie grew up in Lafourche Parish. He graduated from South Lafourche High School in 1985 and Nicholls State University in 1989. He received his Masters in Business Administration and Law Degree from Loyola University in 1997. He has practiced law for over 25 years and exclusively represents injured workers.
Rusty is the father of 4 and has been married to Lynette for over 28 years. He is a former Boy Scout leader and he and his family attend St. Anselm Catholic Church in Madisonville.
Rusty is a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Anselm and served as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Northshore Food Bank for over 10 years. He volunteers with Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, a pro-bono legal service for the poor.
Rusty was a partner with one of the largest law firms in Louisiana based in New Orleans before starting his own practice. He has offices in Covington and Thibodaux.
